Event Overview

NewRoots Canada Summit is an annual community gathering designed to bring together newcomers, immigrants, refugees, multicultural communities, community organizations, educators, artists, and local leaders in a powerful celebration of language inclusion, cultural exchange, and community belonging.

The event serves as a practical extension of the BridgeConnect Program, creating an immersive environment where newcomers actively strengthen communication skills, build relationships, engage with diverse communities, and gain confidence navigating life in Canada.

Unlike traditional settlement-focused gatherings, NewRoots combines language development, arts, storytelling, professional networking, and cultural participation into one dynamic experience designed to make integration practical, human-centered, and community driven.
